做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
