做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
