做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
