做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
