做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
