做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
