做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
