做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
