做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
