做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
