做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
