做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
