做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
