做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
