做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
