做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
