做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
