做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
