做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
