做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
