做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
