做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
