做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
