做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
