做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
