做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
