做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
