做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
