做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
