做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
