做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
