做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
