做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
