做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
