做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
