做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
