做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
