做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
