做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
