做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
