做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
