做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
