做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
