做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
