做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
