做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
