做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
