做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
