做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
