做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
